a+b = ?

Okay... I must agree that I have been pretty busy and lazy to blog. My students will be taking SPM soon in about 2 to 3 weeks more. So I have to push push them to work a bit harder trying all important questions. Really hope that they will do well.

Since I came back from China in June... I have put on 4 kg due to all the makan and delicious food there. So it is back to gym to push myself. Zumba after Zumba, next was Body Combat then Rpm. OMG>... I tried everything but the equation of my own formulae failed.... Sad.....I only shed 1 kg to be exact. Even my Zumba instructor said that ... May... you have put on..... I think those words woke me up.
Next..... help is needed.
I started Fast Fit class under Sunny. I assumed that it was a piece of cake... No.. No... it was pure murder. Even the guys were moaning in pain and excitement.I survived the first class. After a month or so it is not that bad. I am getting there( hopefully).

Trx was just as bad but i saw the light at the end of the rope. As Bryan said the last resort around our necks. So far none of us took his challenge to do so.

Finally a kind friend guided me thru his patience interval training.When he first explained to me... I gave him the blur look . In my heart, i said okay i will try if i do not lose the weight... i will try the trx rope on him. After a few free lessons, i tried on my own giving a full report every nite. The turkish stand was tough... felt like a whale on land. I am proud to be able to do.Next running on the machine at a CRAZY speed was beyond me. I was too comfort with my usual speed. After the first attempt, I felt like throwing out.10 kph is easy for youngsters.... This old aunt had to learn fast to adapt.

I am coping hard with aches and pain.I have lose a bit but there more to go.
Losing weight is tough but it is possible if we try all options and NOT to give up. See you in gym.....
