As the picture suggests, it will be a guide line to reach my ideal weight.
As I am managing my new Mantra... Diet is upmost important to follow. Most of us fail since there are so much good food to makan. The above Nasi kandar is a no no but i do consume it during my CHEAT DAY with my friends. So it is better if share. Less calorie to feel guilty.Haha.
Below is MY ways and methods taught by my Garang Trainer:
1. Food journal--- writing down everything that goes into the mouth every meal. Yes... i could imagine only a MAD person would do that. I started last year.
An example:
Breakfast: Cereal with fruits.
Tea: Veggie Salad
Lunch: Rice with salmon
Tea: Coffee
Dinner: A hot cereal drink with fruits.
2. Training journal--- Since you have a food journal from above, note down the workout done daily to see improvement from daily basic.
Here, I normally write how do I feel after gym.
3. Training--
Cardio...... 5 times a week.
Cardio that for me in effective is to do interval training. Most machines in gym,do have this good programme.
Weight--- 3 times a week.
I love this personally to tone my body. I started for about 6 years in CF. I do a lot on my back and arms. Pss... i have an issue with my back.Do not afraid.. ladies.. We do not get muscles in my Male friends.

4. Dancing classes-- doing cardio a lone is BORING. So everytime there is a class, I will try from Belly to Zumba. I know that i am stiff but I love a good cardio workout.
5. TRX is a good workout but to me, i found it tough . It is really good to get a core.
