Torture in GYM



These were lunch and dinner for two people. Do not be shock. I love the steamed beans before gym.

That is one sexy pairs of legs that i dreamt of. These legs are my male trainer. He has slimmer legs than me. Jealous!
A medicine ball which is helpful in workout.
3 kg dumb bell and a bench for shoulder workout and even your core.


Me doing my routine doing shoulder and raising my legs to engage my core. As you can see, it looks easy breezy but it took me quite a long time to improve.

The chest fly .
6 inches core training using kettle ball.I was crying in pain. Not easy lor.

A plank again to train the core.
A tough plank with a 5 kg on the back.

A normal push out.


Breathe method is vital here to prevent death.
